On-Site Installation

The installation phase is where the work developed in the workshop becomes part of the architecture itself. At 3to5, our interior installation services ensure that the precision achieved during fabrication is carried through to the final stage of the project. Every component produced in Italy is assembled on site with careful attention to alignment, materials, and architectural context.
Our teams operate as specialized millwork installers, experienced in the installation of complex interiors across retail, residential, and hospitality environments. Based in New York and Miami, they work closely with contractors and architects to ensure that each element integrates correctly within the building.
The same level of precision that guides our Italian manufacturing continues through the installation process.

On-Site Precision and Material Integration

Installation often involves the coordination of multiple materials and systems. Our teams focus on on-site precision, managing the alignment between wood paneling, metal elements, and stone components with careful attention to detail.
Whether installing large reception counters, integrated wall systems, or concealed doors, the goal is always the same: that the millwork becomes a natural extension of the architecture.
This stage requires close collaboration with other trades. Our installers coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and site supervisors to ensure that integrated lighting, hardware, and mechanical components function correctly once assembled.
The final millwork assembly takes place directly on site, where individual components are aligned and completed as part of the built environment.

Coordination with the Construction Team

A successful installation depends on clear coordination with the general contractor and the broader construction team. During this stage, our team verifies final conditions through the site surveys developed during the planning phase.
We also coordinate the arrival of shipments from our logistics process to ensure that materials are delivered and staged efficiently on site.
By following a structured installation process—from staging and assembly to final inspection—we ensure that the completed interior reflects the precision established during design and fabrication.
