Italian Craft, Global Execution

3to5 is an Italian millwork company working between Italy and the United States, specializing in the realization of complex architectural interiors. The company was founded on a simple idea: to bring the depth of Italian fabrication culture into dialogue with the architectural ambitions of the American market.
With operational offices in New York and Miami and production facilities in Italy, 3to5 works alongside architects, designers, and developers to deliver bespoke interior solutions across retail, residential, and hospitality environments. Our role is to translate architectural intent into precisely engineered elements, coordinating design development, fabrication, and installation across two continents.
This structure allows projects to move fluidly from concept to construction while maintaining the quality and material sensitivity associated with Italian craftsmanship.

The 3to5 Approach

At the center of our work is a method we refer to internally as the Italian Lab: a collaborative process where design, engineering, and fabrication develop together. Rather than simply executing drawings, our team works with architects to refine construction strategies through detailed architectural millwork engineering.
Material research is fundamental to this process. Wood, stone, metal, and glass are studied not only for their aesthetic qualities but also for how they interact structurally. Through this approach we develop interiors where materials coexist with clarity and balance.
Our team combines experienced craftsmen with engineers and digital fabrication specialists. Advanced machining technologies operate alongside traditional finishing techniques, allowing architectural elements to retain both precision and material character.
From early prototyping to final quality control, each project follows the same methodical process.

Trust and Continuity

Working across two continents requires careful coordination and clear communication. For this reason, project management and logistics are integrated into every phase of development.
Our teams oversee fabrication, transport, and final assembly, coordinating international logistics with on-site installation in the United States. This structure ensures continuity between the workshop, the construction site, and the design team.
The 3to5 company profile is ultimately defined by collaboration—between architecture and fabrication, between craft and engineering, and between the design cultures of Italy and the United States.
