Working with 3to5 begins with a conversation about architecture, materials, and how ideas become spaces. As a millwork contractor operating between Italy and the United States, we collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to translate design concepts into precisely crafted interiors.
Each project develops through a close dialogue between design teams, our Italian workshops, and the construction site.
With offices in New York and Miami, we remain closely involved throughout the process, from early planning to final installation, supporting architects and contractors at every stage of the project.

[ FAQ ]

3TO5 provides end-to-end management of custom fabrication for high-end projects in the United States. We can join a project during design development, helping translate the design intent into buildable solutions, and remain involved through engineering, fabrication, logistics, delivery, installation and final completion.

We specialize in highly customized luxury interiors across retail, residential and hospitality. Our work ranges from individual bespoke elements to complex, multi-material interior packages requiring extensive coordination between designers, contractors, fabricators and installers.

Yes. Technical development is a fundamental part of what we do. We work closely with architects and designers to preserve their design intent while developing practical solutions for fabrication and installation. This includes material research, shop drawings, engineering, prototypes, mock-ups and technical coordination.

Our projects are primarily manufactured in Italy through a trusted network of highly specialized craftsmen and fabrication partners. This gives us access to exceptional expertise, materials and manufacturing capabilities while allowing us to select the right specialist for each component of a project.

Our work is inherently multi-material. Depending on the project, we coordinate custom fabrication in wood, metal, stone, marble, glass, leather, resin and specialty finishes. We are particularly experienced in projects where different materials and fabrication techniques must come together seamlessly within a single element or interior package.

Quality control begins long before fabrication is completed. Our team follows the process throughout technical development and production, reviewing materials, finishes, prototypes and critical details directly with our manufacturing partners. Whenever appropriate, we also develop mock-ups and pre-assemblies to identify and resolve issues before the project reaches the jobsite.

We manage the entire process. This includes specialized packing and crating, international freight, customs coordination, insurance, domestic transportation and final delivery to the jobsite. Our clients have one point of contact rather than having to coordinate independently with multiple overseas manufacturers, freight forwarders and local teams.

Yes. Our responsibility does not end when the product leaves the factory. We coordinate delivery and installation in the United States and remain involved through site coordination, field adjustments, punch-list completion and final handover. Having a U.S.-based team allows us to respond quickly to the realities of the jobsite.

Custom projects evolve, and site conditions do not always match what was anticipated on paper. Our structure allows us to connect the jobsite directly with our technical and production teams, evaluate the impact of a change quickly and develop a practical solution while protecting design intent, quality, schedule and budget.

With offices in New York and Miami and an established production network in Italy, 3TO5 manages projects throughout the United States. Our structure is designed to coordinate international fabrication with local project requirements, regardless of where the jobsite is located.

Italy offers an extraordinary concentration of craftsmanship, specialized manufacturing knowledge and material expertise. 3TO5 makes that resource accessible to U.S.-based projects without requiring clients to manage the complexities of overseas production themselves.
We bridge the two sides of the process, combining Italian manufacturing expertise with U.S.-based project management, logistics and site coordination. The result is the quality and flexibility of Italian custom fabrication with a local team accountable for delivering it.
